The POLYCHAR CONFERENCE will be an excellent opportunity for companies to be advertised to an international group of experts.

Congress bag inserts
Your company leaflet or small brochure will be inserted into each Congress bag and distributed to all Congress participants. Approx 250 pc (final number and shipping details to be confirmed in due course).

Presentation of your latest products
A 20 minute presentation during one of the conference sessions is a great opportunity to let the audience know about your newest products. To ensure a good number of participants your presentation will be placed among scientific lectures.

Support of the Congress coffee breaks
Your support of one of the coffee breaks offered twice a day to all Congress participants at the exhibition area. Signs with your company logo will be set up in the coffee break areas.

Support of the Congress welcome cocktail
The welcome cocktail will be held on Monday, May 9, and is always a very highly attended and lively event of the Congress. No scientific sessions are held during this time, to allow attendees ample time to participate and interact with sponsors, and colleagues. Signs with your company logo will be set up in the welcome cocktail area.

Support of the Congress banquet
The Congress banquet is the main social event of the Congress and represents a unique opportunity to leave a lasting impression to all attendees. Signs with your company logo will be set up around the banquet area.

Platinum Sponsor The Platinum Sponsorship includes:

6 m2 exhibition space with preferred choice of allocation
2 complimentary Congress registrations including receipt of the congress bag with all Congress documents, free access to the welcome cocktail, conference dinner, and to the coffee breaks
Recognition as "Platinum Sponsor" with the largest company name and logo on large sponsor signs in the Congress venue, in the Congress program, and on the Congress website.
