Abstracts

Abstracts for oral and poster presentations should be prepared according to a conference template and submitted via the Participant Panel

Deadline for abstract submission is December 20, 2015. January 15, 2016

Authors will receive an email with an autoconfirmation of abstract submission.

• Maximum 2 pages abstract should be prepared according to the MS Word template
• Please submit the abstract as a PDF file
• When registered, please log in to the Participant Panel and go to My Abstracts tab, then
  - select a type of presentation: oral or poster
  - select a topic
  - enter an abstract title
  - enter all authors
  - upload a PDF file.

If needed, it is possible to exchange a PDF file after submission (till the abstract submission deadline).
